摘　　要：目的评价Nd：YAG激光治疗白内障术后人工晶状体前膜的疗效。方法回顾性总结Nd：YAG激光治疗白内障术后人工晶状体前膜42例（45眼）。激光参数：单次脉冲能量0．6～3．8mJ，击发次数平均42次（16～150次）。结果所有患眼应用Nd：YAG激光均成功切除人工晶状体前膜。其中32例（33眼）术后视力有不同程度的提高，5眼无变化。并发症包括虹膜出血、晶状体表面细小损伤、短暂性眼压升高、前房炎性反应，对术后视力无影响。结论应用Nd：YAG激光可有效、安全的切除人工晶状体前膜。Objective To assess the treatment efficiency of Nd： YAG laser in treatment of the anterior fibrinous membrane of intraocular lens. Methods 45 eyes of 42 patients with anterior fibrinous membrane after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were subject to Nd： YAG laser explosion. The single pulse energy was 0.6 - 3.8 mJ and the total explosive times were 16- 150 shots. Results Nd： YAG laser successfully cleared theanterior fibrinous membrane of intraocular lens. The visual acnities of 33 eyes of 32 patients were improved, no change in 5 eyes. The complications included iris haemon＇hage, slight damage on the surface of intraocular lens, intraocnlar inflammation in anterior segment and intraocular pressure increasing. They had no influence on the vision. Conclusion The anterior membrane of intraocular lens can be cleared by Nd： YAG laser successfully and safely.
