摘　　要：目的探讨圆锥状硅胶棒做为内支撑行泪小管断裂吻合术的疗效。方法对56例（56眼）下泪小管断裂实施了以圆锥状硅胶棒做为内支撑的泪小管断裂吻合术。术中泪道内插入自制圆锥状硅胶棒，细端由引线固定颧面部，粗端留在鼻腔。术后每周冲洗泪道并适当活动植入的硅胶棒。1～2月拔除硅胶棒。拔管后观察半年以上。结果吻合手术均一次成功，去除硅胶棒支撑后随访6月均通畅。结论圆锥状硅胶棒是良好的泪道吻合术的内支撑物，有利于手术的成功和术后的后继处理。Objective To evaluate the effect of nasolacrimal anastomosis with conical silica-gel stick internal pedestal. Methods 56 patients with infra ductus lacrimal segmentation underwent nasolacrimal anastomosis with conical silica-gel stick internal pedestal. All patients were implanted with conical silica-gel stick in the breaking lacrimal ductus. The terminal line of the conical silica-gel stick were fixed on the malar surface, and the pachy end in the na- sal cavity. Lacrimal passage rinsing and movement of the stick were done each week after nasolacrimal anastomosis untill extraction after one ot two month. All patients were followed up over six month. Restilts All patients were successfully underwent nasolacrimal anastomosis and with an unobstructed lacrimal passage during 6 months follow up after silica-gel stick extraction. Conclusions Conical silica-gel stick is an effective internal pedestal with satisfactory, profit to the success of surgery and the post treatment.
