摘　　要：目的回顾12例(12眼)结膜淀粉样变性术后的愈合状况,以便制定更有效的治疗方案。方法病灶切除加局部注射皮质类固醇(地塞米松或曲安奈德)庆大霉素混合液。随后,在不同时间段通过门诊或邮件的方式分别随访(包括2例复发后就诊的患者)12例结膜淀粉样变性的术后情况。结果9例一次性治愈,2例手术后5年复发;1例手术部位的淀粉样变性病灶治愈,但3年后邻近部位又出现新的病灶。结论结膜淀粉样变性术后具有一定的复发率,应该根据病灶的特点采用合适的治疗方法。Objective To restospectively analysis the treatment of 12 cases （12 eyes） of eonjunetival amyloid degeneration. Methods The lesion was removed thoroughly,gentamicin and glucoeorticoid （Dexamethasone or Triamcinolone） mixture was injected into the sub-eonjunctiva. Afterward, postoperative condition of 12 patients （ since 1994 to 2004 year） treated in our hospital were inquired through the out-patient clinic or letter. Results Conjunctival amyloid degeneration has been cured in 9 cases. Recurrence occured in 2 cases 5 years after the surgery. Amyloid degeneration appeared in other area in 1 cases 3 years later. Conclusion Postoperative recurrence rate of eonjunctival amyloid degeneration should be considered. Distinguishing treatment should be designed according to characteristic of the eonjunetival amyloidosis.
