摘　　要：陈光伟教授诊治食管癌注重从整体出发。认为机体虚弱是形成癌瘤的内在因素,局部癌块是正虚后产生"标实"结果,属实证,标实表现在气滞、痰阻、瘀血、毒蕴,正虚有五脏六腑、气血阴阳之虚。治则应以培本扶正为主,兼以行气化痰、活血化瘀解毒。方用自拟消噎汤化裁以扶正驱邪为治则,发挥中医药减毒增效的特点。Professor Chen Guangwei esophageal cancer diagnosis and treatment of attention for the whole of that body is a weak cancer of the internal factors, local Aikuai is now empty after the ＂standard is＂ As a result, the case permit, it is standard in the performance of gas stagenation, Tanzu, Stasis, and drugs Yun, is a virtual Wuzangliufu, yin and yang qi and blood of the imaginary.
