汉族、维吾尔族焦虑症患者的社会支持和婚姻调试状况对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比研究汉族、维吾尔族（简称维族）焦虑症患者的社会支持和婚姻调试状况，从跨文化角度了解焦虑症的特征。方法调查2005年1月至2007年12月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院临床心理科门诊和住院部就诊的、符合ICD-10诊断标准的汉、维族焦虑症患者分别为d00例和391例，并选年龄等条件相匹配的汉、维族正常人各400例为正常对照组。采用Locke—Wallace婚姻调试测定量表和社会支持量表（SSRS）对所有入组者进行测试。结果汉族患者组的社会支持量表各项得分与维族患者组各项得分比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；Locke—Wallace婚姻调试测定量表得分汉族患者组与维族患者组比较差异也显著性（P〉0．05）。正常对照中，维族组的社会支持量表的主观支持分[（23．90±5．25）分]与支持利用分[（8．46±3．21）分]明显高于汉族组[（22．10±5．31）分，（7．36±2．39）分]，差异有显著性（u=3．592、7．632，P〈0．01）而汉族组的婚姻调试量表分（86．16±22．45）高于维族组（79．39±22．13），差异有显著性（u=5．043，P〈0．01）。结论汉族、维族焦虑症患者的社会支持和婚姻调试状况无区别，正常人中维族更善于利用社会支持系统，而汉族的婚姻调试功能优于维族。Objective To compare the social support state and the function of marital adjustment of anxiety disorder patients between HaM and Vighur nationality,and in order to recognize the characters of anxiety disorder in crossing-culture background. Methods Using the SSRS （ Social support rating scale） and the Locke-Wallace Marital Adjustment Test to assess all of the 791 anxiety patients in the test groups （ include HaM and Vighur nationality） and the 800 normal persons in the control groups （ include HaM and Vighur nationality）. The patients came from the outpatient and inpatient of the psychological department of the first affiliated hospital of the Xinjang Medical University. Results There were not significant difference in the scores of SSRS between HaM and Vighur nationality in the test group（P〉 0.05 ）. Compared to HaM and Vighur nationality patients, there was not significant difference of the score in The Locke-Wallace Marital Adjustment Test（P〉 0.05 ）. In the control groups the Vighur group showed significantly higher in the scores of the Subject Support Factor and Using Support Factor of SSRS （23.90 ± 5.25 vs22.10± 5.31, 8.46 ± 3.21 vs 7.36± 2.39, u = 3. 592,7. 632, P 〈 0.01 ）, but the scores of the Locke -Wallace Marital Adjustment Test were significantly lower than the HaM group（79.39 ±22. 13 vs 86. 16± 22.45, u = 5. 043, P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Both HaM and Vighur anxiety disorder patients couldn＇ t get good social support and had poor marital adjusted function. In normal persons the Vighur people are good at using the social support system, but the HaM people are good at the marital adjustment function.
