摘 要:目的探讨应对方式在工作-非工作冲突与焦虑状态之间的中介效应。方法使用工作-非工作冲突量表、应对方式量表和状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI),对91名IT业管理者进行调查。结果对IT业管理者影响较大的是工作-休闲冲突[男性(3.08±0.61)分、女性(3.17±0.68)分];女性的状态焦虑得分远高于普通人群样本[分别是(43.60±10.74)分和(38.97±8.45)分];无论男性还是女性,特质焦虑评分都低于普通人群样本;不成熟应对在工作一亲子冲突与状态焦虑之间有完全中介作用、与特质焦虑之间有部分中介作用。结论通过对IT业管理者进行应对方式的干预或培训,减少不成熟应对行为,有助于缓解焦虑状态,改善工作绩效。Objective To study the mediating effect of coping methods between work-nonwork conflict and anxiety of IT managers. Methods 91 samples were selected from an IT company were investigated with work-nonwork conflict questionnaire, coping methods scale and STAI (State- Trait Anxiety Inventory, STAI). Multi-level regression analysis was used to test the mediating effect. Results The highest score of four factors of work-nonwork conflict assessed by IT managers was work-leisure conflict [ male 3.08 ± 0. 61 ; female 3. 17 ± 0.68 ] ; the score of females state anxiety was higher than normal [ ( 43.60 ± 10.74) vs ( 38.97 ± 8.45 ) ] ; while the trait anxiety were lower than normal for both male and female. Complete mediation effect of passive coping methods between work-parenthood conflict and state anxiety, and partial mediation effect of it between work-parenthood conflict and trait anxiety were confirmed. Conclusion Appropriate intervene and training of coping methods to IT managers can help them coping with work-nonwork conflict and then reduce the anxiety level, and finally improve the performance.
