摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌组织中的白细胞介素6(IL-6)及其受体(IL-6R)、survivin的表达及其相互关系。方法:应用原位杂交技术检测86例胃癌标本中IL-6及其受体mRNA的表达;应用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)检测86例胃癌变标本中survivin蛋白的表达。结果:胃癌组织中Survivin蛋白、IL-6及IL-6R阳性表达率分别为58.1%(50/86)、74.4%(64/86)、73.3%(63/86)。Survivin蛋白与IL-6及其受体的表达与胃癌的组织分化、浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),但与患者的性别、年龄差异均无显著性(P>0.05);Survivin的表达与IL-6呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:IL-6及IL-6R和Survivin是反应胃癌发生发展的较好指标;具有抑制胃癌细胞凋亡的作用。Objective：To investigate the significance of IL-6 and IL-6R,survivin expression in gastric carcinoma. Methods：IL-6 and IL-6R mRNA were detected by In situ hybridization（ISH）;survivin was detected by immunohistochemistry in 86 patients with gastric carcinoma. Results：The positive rate of expression of survivin, IL-6 and IL-6R in gastric carcinoma was 58.1%,74.4%, 73.3% respec- tively.The expressions of survivin ,IL-6 and IL-6R were strongly related to the tissue differentiations,depth of invasion, and lymph nodes metastasis of gastric carcinoma（P〈0.05）, However, survivin,IL-6 and IL-6R had no significant difference with patients＇age and gender（P〉 0.05）. There was the positive relationship between expressions of survivin and IL-6 （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Survivin,IL-6 and IL-6R were good markers for development of gastric carcinoma, played an important role in the apoptosis.
