摘　　要：目的:检测37例骨肉瘤组织中COX-2的表达,分析其对骨肉瘤的临床诊断及预后的意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法对37例骨肉瘤组织中COX-2进行检测。结果:37例骨肉瘤组织中有32例COX-2表达阳性,其表达与骨肉瘤分期和有无转移相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤组织学类型无相关性。结论:COX-2与骨肉瘤的发生及预后存在一定的相关性,可为骨肉瘤的临床诊断和预后判断提供帮助。Objective：To investigate the expression of COX-2 in 37 cases of osteosarcoma and analyse its significance in diagnosis and prognosis of osteosarcoma. Methods： Immunohistochemical strain was used to detect the expression of COX-2 in 37 cases of osteosarcoma. Results： From 37 cases COX-2 was positive in the 32. The expression of COX-2 was related to the metastasis and grade, had no relation to the category. Conclusion： COX-2 is related to the generation and prognosis,it may be an indicator for clinical diagnosis and prognosis of osteosarcima.
