大学生健康危险行为调查与干预对策

摘　　要：为了了解大一新生健康危险行为的流行现况及其影响因素,采用"中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷(大学)",以问卷形式随机抽查1000名大一新生参加调查。计数资料用x2检验进行统计分析。结果显示大一新生健康危险行为有上升趋势,网络成瘾行为尤为显著,高于以往的调查结果。提出新生健康危险行为与性别、家庭有一定关系,学校应针对不同情况,适时采取干预对策,预防大学生网络成瘾行为、不健康心理行为的产生和发展。The objective of the paper is to make a survey on the status quo of the endangered physical behaviors of college students and the effect on them. By adopting the questionnaires designed by the Research Team of China center of diseases prevention and control on Chinese adolescents＇ health-related problems, the authors randomly selected 1000 freshmen as subjects. All the data were statistically analyzed by ×2 test. We have found that there is an upward trend among the undergraduates concerning healthy behaviors, especially the web addiction, which is higher than the past findings. The healthy behaviors problems are related to the student sexuality and family background. It is of great necessity to interfere and prevent the web-addiction behaviors and their unhealthy psychological behaviors. The relevant departments in colleges and universities should adopt necessary measures to enhance the healthy campus environment.
