摘　　要：实证调查表明,我国现行《刑事诉讼法》规定的逮捕标准在司法实践中存在诸多问题。为更好地实现控制犯罪与保障人权的有机统一,需要对我国的逮捕标准进行全面的反思和整体的完善。Demonstration investigation shows that there are many problems in the arrestment standards setting by Chinese current Criminal Procedure Law. In order to realize maneuverable unification of criminal control and human right protection, we need to have a complete introspection and holistie consummation to the arrestment standards.
