摘　　要：介绍了一种８０９８单片机控制的感应电动机变频调速系统。系统采用ＨＥＦ４７５２由微机数控锁相频率合成产生ＳＰＷＭ波。主开关元件采用智能功率模块ＩＰＭ。该系统为ＰＩ闭环控制，并且具有多种功能。实验证明，整个系统简单可靠，精度高，功能强。A variable frequency speed control system of induction motor using a singlechip microcomputer MCS8098 is introduced.It uses HEF4752 to get SPWM pulses.The desired clock pulses can be generted by the aid of phaselocked frequency synthesis method,which is digltally controlled by a microcomputer.The intelligent power modules IPM are selected to use as its main switch components.The system is a PI closed loop control system and it has many other useful functions too.Experimental results show that the system has many progresses on reliability,accuracy and adaptability,etc.
