摘  要:通过优化正负电极材料(AG、LiCoO2)的制备工艺,改进电解质溶液的组分和配比,制成了AA型锂离子蓄电池。在-37℃~60℃温度范围里,电池具有良好的放电性能,在室温条件下电池平均初始放电容量大于600mAh,在-37℃时电池能放出45%的初始容量,60℃时可以放出100%初始容量。电池在100%DOD条件下以0.5C速率放电,循环充放寿命超过600次,电池交流阻抗的测量显示了电解质溶液对电池性能的影响。AAsize lithiumion rechargeable battery has been fabricated by optimizing preparation method of positive and negative electrode materials and improving composition and formula of electrolyte solution.The battery has a good performance in the temperature range from -37℃ to 60℃.Its average discharge capacity at first cycle is more than 600mAh.At -37℃ its discharge capacity is 45% of initial capacity,at 60℃,100% of initial capacity.Battery life is more than 600 cycle at 100% DOD,0.5C rate.The measurement of A.C.impedance indicates the influence of electrolyte solution on battery performance.
