膀胱癌患者手术治疗前后血清SE-cad、SF和TSGF检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨了膀胱癌患者手术治疗前后血清SE-cad、SF和TSGF水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放免法、生化法和酶免法对36例膀胱癌患者进行了血清SE-cad、SF和TSGF检测,并与30名正常健康人作比较。结果:在手术前血清SE-cad、SF和TSGF水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),手术治疗后3个月则与正常人比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测膀胱癌患者血清中SE-cad、SF和TSGF水平的变化对诊断、治疗和预后观察均具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum SE-cad, SF and TSGF levels after operation in patients with carcinoma of urinary bladder. Methods Serum SE-cad （with ELISA）, SF （with RIA） and TSGF levels （with biochemistry） levels were measured in 36 patients with carcinoma of urinary bladder both before and 3 months after operation as well as in 30 controls. Results Before operation, in the patients, the serum SE-cad, SF and TSGF levels were significantly higher than those in the controls （P〈0.01）. Three months after operation the serum SE-cad, SF and TSGF levels dropped markedly and were not significantly different from those in controls （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Serum SE-cad, SF and TSGF were useful markers for detection of carcinoma of urinary bladder.
