摘　　要：建设高校档案信息网络是为了满足信息化社会的对高校信息"广、快、精、准"的要求。影响高校档案网络建设的因素主要有资金和人才、技术、人员素质等。It＇ s to meet the zociety＇ s need for information, which should be quick, various, correct, to establish the network construction in universities, the factors influeencing the network construction include the finance and talents, technology and the personalities.
