浅析散手比赛场外指导的重要性

摘　　要：散打比赛的取胜不但取决于良好的技、战术水平,而且场外指导也是散手比赛取胜一个重要因素。场外指导,主要是教练员平时的训练指导、比赛前的准备、局间护理和临场指导、赛后的指导等系列环节,教练员的场外指导在散打比赛中有着重要的意义,它是散手比赛的取胜的法宝之一。The off- board guiding, another important factor to win the competition in Hexagram Boxing except eompetitor＇s outstanding skills and tactics, which mainly covers the training direction, the preparation before the game, the nursing and the guidance during the competition and the instruction after game. The eoaeh＇s off - board guiding is significant ; it is one of the magic weapons to win out.
