摘 要:针对国产某轿车在高速行驶时车内噪声过大的问题,在消声试验室转鼓上进行了发动机进气噪声测试试验。通过对不同工况、进气口有无引出装置情况下的进气噪声测试,以及对瞬态工况下发动机舱3个传声器声功率级、稳态工况下5个传声器语音清晰度等评价指标的计算分析,找出了进气噪声对动力总成噪声的影响因素,为改善高速时车内噪声的声学特性提供了试验依据。For a domestic passenger car with the problem of excessive noise at high speed,the engine inlet noise test is done on the rotary drum in anechoic room.The influence of inlet noise on powertrain noise is found out by the analysis of evaluation index including inlet noise test in different working conditions and with/without leading device at the inlet port,3 microphone sound power level of engine cabin in transient working condition and 5 microphone voice articulation in steady working condition etc,as to provide test basis for improving interior noise acoustic characteristics at high speed.
