摘  要:应用APAAP方法,Dot-blot地高辛标记核酸杂交技术及ABC-ELISA法分别检测哮喘患儿淋巴细胞CD23mRNA,膜CD23分子表达和患儿血浆和淋巴细胞诱生IFN-γ水平。结果,哮喘患儿CD23mRNA表达增高,外周血PBMC和B细胞的CD23表达均显著增加,IFN-γ诱生水平明显低下,血清IgE水平异常升高,B细胞CD23分子表达与IgE水平之间显著正相关,麻疹疫苗治疗后B细胞CD23分子表达明显降低,而IFN-γ诱生水平仍低下。atic children by using dotblot hybrization of mRNA with PiG labelled CD23 DNA probe,CD23+ cells by APAAP staining,the plasma levels of IFNγ and the PHA induced IFNγ levels of PBMC by ELISA.The results showed as follow:the high expression of CD23 mRNA in patients with asthma,expression of CD23 molecules on PBMC and Bcells(CD23+ cells)also increased.The PHA induced IFNγ levels of PBMC in asthma group were lower than that in normal control group,serum IgE levels of asthmatic children obviously elevated,there was positive correlation between CD23 molecules expression and serum IgE levels.After treatment,CD23 molecules of Bcells obviously decreased and PHA induced IFNγ still in lower levels in asthmatic patients.
