摘　　要：目的:观察多曲方丝弓(MEAW)技术在直丝弓矫治器中矫治错的临床效果,探讨其矫治特点。方法:选择0.022″系统的直丝弓矫治器,使用MEAW技术对10例Ⅲ类错和2例前牙开病例进行矫治。结果:12例患者均取得了满意的临床矫治效果,覆盖覆正常,牙科美学指数计数减小。结论:在直丝弓矫治器中使用MEAW技术矫治错效果明显,值得临床推广。Objective： To correct malocclusion with straight wire appliance and to analyse its therapetic effects using multiloop edgewise arch wire. Methods： With straight wire appliance, 10 cases with skeletal class Ⅲ and 2 openbite cases were treated using multiloop edgewise arch wire, and their clinical changes were observed. Results： Satisfactory results （normal overjet and normal overbite） had achieved in all cases, the results of dental aesthetic index decreased. Conclusion： The technique could be a reliable way to treat mild and moderate skeletal malocclusion, it is suggested to be used widely.
