乳腺浸润性导管癌中Ezrin、CD44v6的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)与细胞粘附分子(CD44v6)在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其意义。方法:用免疫组化PV9000通用型两步法检测90例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Ezrin和CD44v6的表达。结果:有淋巴结转移患者Ezrin和CD44v6阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);随着临床分期、组织学分级的增加,Ezrin和CD44v6阳性表达率有增加的趋势;不同年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移数目的患者Ezrin和CD44v6阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Ezrin和CD44v6的表达具有关联性(χ2=9.188,P=0.002,Pearson列联系数=0.304),且2者在乳腺浸润性导管癌中共表达阳性者腋窝淋巴结转移阳性率高于阴性者(P<0.05)。结论:Ezrin和CD44v6与乳腺浸润性导管癌的浸润和转移有关,2者相互作用促进乳腺浸润性导管癌的淋巴结转移,可以作为预测乳腺浸润性导管癌淋巴结转移的肿瘤标志物。Objective： To investigate the expression of Ezrin and CD44v6 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods： The expression of Ezrin and CD44v6 in 90 specimens of breast invasive ductal carcinoma were detected by Pv9000 immunohistochemistry. Results： The positive expression rate of Ezrin and the CD44v6 in patients with metastasis of axillary lymph nodes was higher than that in cases with non-lymph nodes metastasis obviously （P〈0.05）. Along with clinical stages and the histopathological grade increasing, the positive expression rate of Ezrin and the CD44v6 had the increase tendency. Disparity in age, tumor size, lymph node shift numbers in patients, the difference of positive expression rate of Ezrin and the CD44v6 had not statistics significance （P 〉0.05）, of all the sample, direct correlation was showed in the expression of CD44v6 and Ezrin （χ^2= 9. 188, P =0. 002,Pearson contingency cod ficient=0. 304）. Furthermore,both Ezrin and CD44v6 expression positive patient of breast invasive ductal carcinoma, axillary lymph node shift positive rate was higher than the negative （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Ezrin and CD44v6 are closely related to invasion and metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Ezrin and CD44v6 are interaction and promot the lymphonode metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. They are important tumor markers in predicting lymphatic metastasis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
