摘　　要：目的探讨如何提高多排螺旋CT诊断成人肠套叠的准确率。方法回顾性分析经手术证实的13例成人肠套叠的多排螺旋CT表现。主要重建方法为多平面重建法(MPR)。结果主要征象有"靶征"10例,典型"剑鞘征"8例。继发明显肠梗阻6例,肠穿孔2例。合并肠道原发性病变11例。结论成人肠套叠CT表现具有一定特征,多排螺旋CT扫描及重建对其诊断具有重要价值。Objective To improve the accuracy rate of intussusception in adult with multi - slice helical CT （MSCT）. Methods The MSCT appearances of intussusception proved by surgery in 13 adults were analyzed retrospectively. The main reconstruction techniques were multiplanar reformation（MPR）. Results In all appearances, the main signs of ＂target signs＂ in 10 cases were found, and the typical ＂scabbard signs＂ in 8 cases were found. Obvious bowel obstruction continuously happened in 6 cases and enterobrosis in 2 cases. Conclusions The CT findings of intussusception in adult have some certain characteristics, and MSCT scan and reconstructions have very important value to the diagnosis.
