新疆紫草遗传转化中的抗生素敏感性研究

摘　　要：以新疆紫草为材料，采用不同浓度梯度抗生素处理未转化和转化子叶的方法，研究了不同浓度的卡那霉素和头孢噻肟钠对新疆紫草子叶出愈和发根的影响。结果表明，卡那霉素对新疆紫草子叶的筛选适宜浓度为60mg／L，头孢噻肟钠对新疆紫草子叶除菌适宜浓度为6.0～1000mg／L。抑菌继代周期为12d。The effects of different concentration of Kanamycin （Kan） and, Cefotaxime （Cef） on callus and rooting of the cotyledons of Arnebia euchroma （Royle） Johnst with different concentration of kanamycin and hygroycin were investigated. The results indicated that the quality concentration of kanamycin for selecting the cotyledons was 60 mg/L and adequat concentration of cefotaxime was 600-1 000 mg/L. Every antibacterial successive period was 12 d.
