摘 要:以田间分离的轮状病毒CHLY(G6型)作为抗原,建立了犊牛轮状病毒(BRV)抗体检测与监测的间接ELISA方法。田间监测牛轮状病毒感染率为32.91%(26/79),疫苗源性抗体高峰出现在二次免疫后第40天至第60天,抗体持续期为3个月。该方法可用于粪便、血清样品的检测,具有特异性强、快速简便等优点,适合于对轮状病毒特异性抗体的动态监测和批量检测。Indirect ELISA examination for bovine naturaloccurred rotavirus infection and monitoring the antibody after inoculation with inactivated rotaviral vaccine was developed in this paper. Bovine rotavirus CHLY was used as the diagnostic antigen. The natural-occurred rotavirus infection in the field was 32.91%(26/79). The antibody peak was found between the 40~60 d after inoculation. The samples of feces and sera collected from calves can be applied in the method. This ELISA system was more sensitive and time saving and was one of successful methods for the BRV epidemiological investigation and the development of new rotaviral vaccine.
