摘　　要：错位发展的基本内涵是指一种差异化战略与合理定位战略。地方本科院校的错位发展缘于外部社会环境对大学新的要求,同时也是为了克服院校本身的运行困难;而高等教育政策环境、院校本身的现实条件和大学的分类框架等则在某种程度上预示着错位发展的可能性。错位发展的实现过程涉及制订战略规划、改革人才培养方案、加强内部治理、开展院校研究等步骤和环节。The strategy of differentiation and proper location is the basic connotation of ＂misplaced development＂. There are two reasons for adopting the strategy of misplaced development at local undergraduate university. On one hand, the external social environment endows our universities with new requirements; On the oth- er hand, it can overcome the operating difficulties that a university has. The policy environment of higher educa- tion, the realistic condition of universities and the classification framework foreshow, to a certain extent, the possibility of the misplaced development. The realization of the misplaced development involves many key steps and links, which include making strategy program, reforming talent training program, enforcing internal governance and making a study of institutions of higher learning.
