摘　　要：通过对广东省高校教师师德现状的调查,从高校教师的视角,了解当前高校教师师德的现状及师德建设中存在的问题,并就如何进行师德建设提出具体建议:应制定基本的职业道德规范;应让高校青年教师参与师德建设。Recently the morality of university faculty has attracted a lot of attention. Based on the investiga tion into the university faculty in Guangdong province, the authors tend to understand the current situation regarding the morality of university faculty as well as the problems existing in the process of the construction of faculty morality from the perspective of faculty. Detailed advice on how to construct the professional morality has been brought forth at the same time.
