摘　　要：间接前指是一种较难把握的句法语义现象,Sidorov&Gelbukh(1999)提出了两条指导性的标准,并辅以大量的例证说明标准的实用性,但两位学者没有对提出标准的依据展开讨论。本文从指称词语所对应的认知地位入手,结合语言运用的认知处理过程,对两条标准的认知理据展开探讨,验证了两条标准的可靠性。Indirect anaphoric reference is a comparatively intangible syntactic-semantic phenomenon. Sidorov ＆ Gelbukh （1999） raises two criteria supplemented with a great many examples, but the two linguists fail to touch upon how the criteria are motivated. This paper, on the basis of the cognitive statuses of referring expressions together the cognitive processing procedures of language use, successfully testifies the truthfulness of the two criteria.
