胃平滑肌肿瘤11例X线特点分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃平滑肌肿瘤的X线片特点,提高对胃平滑肌肿瘤的认识。方法:回顾性地探讨经病理和临床证实的11例胃平滑肌肿瘤的X线表现。结果:胃平滑肌瘤10例,胃平滑肌肉瘤1例。11例均见腔内边界清楚的充盈缺损,5例黏膜改变,4例胃壁改变。7例经X线气钡双对比检查确诊,诊断率63.6%,误诊为胃癌1例,胃溃疡2例,胃息肉1例。结论:胃平滑肌肿瘤的X线表现具有多样性,要与胃癌、胃溃疡、胃息肉相鉴别。Aim：To dicuss the characristics of X ray for gastric smooth muscle tumor, to know more about the reflection of X ray for gastric smooth muscle tumor. Methods：Retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 11 cases of pathological. Result： 10 cases are stomach, only one case is stomach leiomyosarcoma, all 11 cases were clearly seen the border of the cavity fillied defect, 5 cases with mucosal changes, 4 cases of gastric change. 7 cases of the X - ray gas double contrast barium examination confirmed, the rate of correctly diognosed is 63.6%. 1 case was wrongly diognosed as stomoch cancer, Gastric ulcer 2 cases, one case of stomach polyps. Conclusion： the reflection of X ray to gastric snooth muscle tumor is various. Sometimes it must be tell from stomoch cancer,gastric ulcer and gastric pdyps.
