上海国际金融中心建设中的信息腹地研究

摘　　要："十一五"期间,上海将在实现"四个基本形成"的基础上,巩固并增强其国内金融中心地位和作用,提高其在亚太地区的影响力,成为具有国际影响的金融中心之一。上海当前的国际金融中心建设已经步入了加速发展的关键阶段,上海已经拥有了经济腹地,但还缺乏信息腹地。信息腹地建设是国际金融中心建设的重要方面,打造经济、信息的"双腹地"对上海建设国际金融中心具有重大的战略意义。信息腹地与信息源相伴而生,上海要创造条件集聚信息源,通过信息腹地建设来实现跨越式发展。During ＂the l lth Five-Year Plan＂ period, Shanghai will consolidate and strengthen its status and role as domestic financial center and on the basis of achieving the ＂four basic formation＂, enhance its influence in the Asia-Pacific region and become an international financial center. At present, Shanghai finance center construction has entered a crucial stage of development to speed up its construction. Shanghai has had an economic hinterland, but lack the information hinterland. Information hinterland construction is an important aspect of international financial center construction. Creating the ＂double hinterland＂ of economy and information for Shanghai finance center construction is of great strategic significance. Information source is associated with the information hinterland and Shanghai should create conditions for gathering information sources and she will realize leaping development by the construction of information hinterland.
