摘　　要：为了实现汽车钢圈螺母座的刚度虚拟仿真分析,首先基于三维CAD软件建立汽车钢圈的实体模型,然后用有限元软件进行仿真分析,并在分析过程中采用了双线性材料、复制支撑面,设置接触对和耦合、施加载荷步等来描述真实工况,仿真结果表明与实验结果吻合较好且非常实用。For the nut bed virtual analysis of automotive wheel, Firstly, the model of wheel is constructed based on CAD; Then the simulation analysis is carried through by FEM, and during the analysis, double line material, supporting areas, contact Pair, coupling and load step are used to describe the actual test; Lastly, it is showed that the result is agreed with the test and the method is very practical.
