摘　　要：企业信息资源是企业在"供给—生产—销售—服务"等各环节所获取和产生的一切有用信息的集合,其特征是以盈利为目的,具有风险性、竞争性、可控及知识产权保护性。企业发展阶段不同,其信息资源构成也不同。文章分别对处于"家庭手工业"历史阶段、"工场手工业"历史阶段、"工厂"历史阶段、"大型企业、垄断企业与集团企业"历史阶段及"企业战略联盟及虚拟企业"历史阶段的企业的信息资源构成进行了论述。文章认为,在当今INTERNET环境及WTO背景下,无论我国各企业现处于何种发展阶段,其信息资源构成都是全方位的、复合型的、动态的。Enterprise information resource is the useful information collection which is gained and accessed in the course of ＂provision -production -sales -service＂. As its purpose is profit, enterprise information resource never avoids risk, competition, controllability and intellectual property protect. Different stage of enterprise development has different information resource constitution. The paper discusses the constitution of developing stages of ＂cottage industry＂, ＂handicraft factory＂, ＂large-scale enterprise monopoly and the group＂, and ＂strategic alliance and virtual enterprise＂. It holds that under the environment of INTERNET and WTO, no matter what stage China enterprise is in, the constitution of information resource is comprehensive, complex and dynamic.
