复方儿茶胶囊联合抗Hp治疗Hp相关性消化性溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方儿茶胶囊联合抗Hp治疗Hp相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将120例入选病例随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。对照组应用常规抗Hp治疗:奥美拉唑20mg,1次/d,服用4周;阿莫西林1.0g,2次/d,服用1周;克拉霉素0.5,2次/d,服用1周。治疗组在应用对照组治疗的基础上加用复方儿茶胶囊2粒,3次/d,服用4周。观察两组在4周治疗结束时的溃疡愈合情况、Hp清除情况、治疗结束后48周的溃疡复发及Hp复发或再感染情况。结果用药4周药物治疗结束时,对照组溃疡愈合率88.3%,治疗组溃疡愈合率91.7%,无统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组Hp清除率88.3%,治疗组清除率91.7%,无统计学差异(P>0.05);用药结束后48周随访,对照组溃疡复发率15.1%,治疗组溃疡复发率3.6%,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组Hp复发或再感染率20.8%,治疗组Hp复发或再感染率7.3%,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方儿茶胶囊不能提高常规抗Hp治疗的溃疡愈合率和Hp清除率,但可降低常规抗Hp治疗的溃疡复发率和Hp复发或再感染率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combinated therapy of compositus catechu capsule and anti-Hp medicine in Hp correlative digestive ulcer. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly into the control group and the treated group. The control group＇s patients were treated by general anti-Hp medicines ： Omeprazole 20mg, qd, 1 week ; amoxicillin 1.0g, bid, 1 week ; clarithromycin 0.5,bid,l week. The treated group＇s patients were treated by compositus catechu capsule（2 capsules tid,4 weeks） and the medicines which the control group＇s patients used. Observe the result of the ulcer cure and Hp clearance at 4 weeks. And then observe the result of ulcer relapse and Hp relapse or reinfection at 48 weeks after the therapy end. Results After 4 weeks medicine therapy, the control group＇s ulcer cure rate was 88.3% ,the treated group＇s was 91.7% ,no statistics difference（ P 〉 0.05） ;the control group＇s Hp clearance rate was 88.3%, the treated group＇s was 91.7% ,no statistics difference[ P 〉 0.05 ）. Forty-eight weeks after the therapy end, the control group＇s ulcer relapse rate was 15.1%, the treated group＇s was 3.6%, the treated group＇s ulcer relapse rate was lower than the control group＇s [ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The control group＇s Hp relapse or reinfection rate was 20.8% ,the treated group＇s was 7.3% ,the treated group＇s Hp relapse or reinfection rate was lower than the control group＇s [ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The compositus catechu capsule cant increase the general anti-Hp therapy＇s ulcer cure rate and Hp clearance rate but can reduce the general anti-Hp therapy＇s ulcer relapse rate and Hp relapse or reinfection rate.
