摘　　要：唐代江州陈氏东佳书堂被誉为中国书院发展史的第一个里程碑,但相关史料的抵牾让人怀疑东佳书堂在唐代创建的真实性。从新兴士绅阶层在地方事务的作用、科举制度对聚居家族的影响、陈氏家族聚居的婚姻关系等方面来看,陈崇在唐大顺元年(890)创建东佳书堂有其历史的必然性。DongJia academy founded by Family Chen in Jiangzhou in Tang Dynasty has been honored as the first milestone in the Chinese academy history, but according to the related historical data, the authenticity that DongJia academy was founded in Tang Dynasty has been doubted. However, considered the contribution to the local society from the emerging esquire estate, the influence to the family from the imperial examination system and the marriage relationship with the Family Chen, it is inevitable that Dongjia academy was established by Chengcong in the Dashun first year （890） in Tang Dynasty.
