摘　　要：此论文根据土木工程结构主动控制问题的特点提出了研究土木工程结构最优控制问题的一种新方法，即脉冲干扰法（ＰＤＭ——ｐｕｌｓｅｄｉｓｔｕｒｂａｎｃｅｍｅｔｈｏｄ），其结果归结为定常线性结构的瞬时最优闭环控制。Based on the features of active sturcture control in civil engineering,a new method referred to pulse disturbance method(PDM) for study of optimal control of civil engineering sturctures excited by environmental disturbances is proposed in this paper.This method results in an instantaneous optimal closedloop control algorithm for invariable linear structures.
