子宫肌瘤患者术前的心理状况和雌激素水平的相关性

摘　　要：目的观察子宫肌瘤患者的心理状况、雌激素水平。方法选取2005年4月至2006年6月我院诊治的44例子宫肌瘤患者,同期选取32例卵巢囊肿患者作对照,利用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anexiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)进行调查。结果肌瘤组焦虑、抑郁评分与对照组差异无显著性;雌激素水平差异有显著性。SAS、SDS评分与雌激素水平无相关性。两组的焦虑、抑郁评分均高于国内常模。结论子宫肌瘤患者雌激素水平明显升高,术前存在一定焦虑、抑郁症状,应积极开展心理干预。子宫肌瘤患者术前的心理状态与雌激素水平无相关性。Objective To investigate the psychological states and the level of estrogen of the patient with hystromyoma. Methods Forty patients with hystromyoma were trented in our hospital from April 2005 to June 2006 and thirty patients with tumours of the overy were storeyed by self - rating anexiety scale （SAS） and self - rating depression scale （SDS）. Results The anxious scores and depress scores in hystromyoma group were no difference in the patients with tumours of the overy. The average score of the level of estrogen in hystromyoma group were significantly higher than that in another group. Conclusion The level of estrogen of the patient with hystromyoma was raised and they have some psychological problems such as anxiety and depression. Psychotherapy should be used. Before operation , the psychological states of the patient with hystromyoma is not related to the level of estrogen of the patient with hystromyoma.
