牙周方治疗围绝经期妇女慢性牙周炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察牙周方结合牙周基础治疗对围绝经期妇女慢性牙周炎的疗效及对内分泌的调节作用。方法:将40例患中、重度慢性牙周炎的围绝经期妇女,随机分为两组。实验组予以牙周方结合牙周基础治疗,对照组仅予以牙周基础治疗。疗程3个月。对治疗前后患者的菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊出血指数(BOP)、牙周探诊深度(PPD)和牙周附着水平(PAL),龈沟液中细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)以及血清中雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(L)和促卵泡刺激素(FSH)进行检测。结果:治疗3月后两组病例各项指标较治疗前均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组病例间治疗后PLI和BOP不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);但PPD和PAL则有显著性下降(P<0.05)。实验组治疗3个月后LH水平有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:表明牙周方对围绝经期妇女慢性牙周炎有较好的治疗效果,同时对其内分泌也有调节作用。Objective： To evalnate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） on chronic peritonitis and the incretion system of female patients in perimanopausal period. Methods： Forty female patients of 40 - 50 years old with chronic peritonitis were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in treatment group were given TCM treatment and basic treatment of periodontitis, and other patients in control group were only given basic treatment of periodontitis. Then some indexes, including PLI, BOP, PPD, PAL, IL-1β, IL-8 . E2, and FSH were measured. Results： All indexes in both treatment group and control group decreased significantly after 3 months of treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistical difference in the concentration of PLI and BOP before and after the treatment. However, the PPD and PAL of patients, in treatment group decreased more significantly than those in control group after the treatement （P〈 0.05）. The concentration of LH in treatment group decreased obviously after 3 months of treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yazhoufang has good curative effects on the patients with chronic peritontitis. It can also adjust the hormones level of patients with chronic peritontitis.
