摘 要:目的探讨青少年运动员超声骨龄测试过程中声速(SOS)值的变化特点,为进一步完善超声技术判读骨龄提供科学依据。方法用超声骨龄仪器对上海市1843名青少年运动员进行检测。结果男女运动员和普通青少年SOS值变化规律相同,随着时间年龄增长呈线性增长趋势,但以CHN分组的男女运动员和普通青少年比较,运动员SOS值基本都高于普通青少年。以SOS值为主要变量的超声骨龄二元回归方程,虽然精确度一般,但是复相关系数(R)较高(0.75~0.84,P值均<0.01)。结论有必要通过CHN方法建立青少年运动员CHN超声标准。采用SOS值和其他一些变量来建立青少年运动员CHN超声骨龄评价系统是可行的。Objective To explore the characteristic' of SOS during measurement of bone age with uhrasonie device fnr teenager' s athletes and to give some scientific foundations for improvement turther. Methods The hone age of 1843 athletes was measured by hnne age with ultrasonic device in Shanghai and compared the resuhs with common teenagers. Results Mule and female athletes resembled the common teenagers in the eharaeleristie of varity of the SOS, the SOS increasing with age. However, when grouped by CHN method, the SOS of athletes was higher than common teenagers. Ahhough the accuracy of the regression equation model by major factors of SOS established was low, the muhiple correlation coefficient R was high (0.75 - 0.84, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It is necessary established ultrasonic hone age,for teenagers athletes basing on CHN method. In addition, establishing uhrasoaic bone age system by SOS and other parameter basing on CHN method tor teenagers athletes is feasible.
