ND:YAG激光不同方式后囊膜切开治疗后发性白内障的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究两种方式ND:YAG激光后囊膜切开治疗后发性白内障的效果分析。方法:40例(40眼)后发性白内障患者随机分为两组:十字切开法组,网球拍组,术后两组从视力,激光能量,角膜内皮计数,人工晶状体情况上进行比较。结果:网球拍组术后视力提高优于十字法组;网球拍组所用能量明显小于十字法组(P<0.01);网球拍组角膜内皮损伤明显小于十字法组(P<0.05);十字法组人工晶状体受损率7/16,网球拍组人工晶状体受损率4/24。结论:ND:YAG激光网球拍后囊膜切开法治疗后发性白内障效果明显优于十字切开法。AIM： To research the effect of two methods of ND：YAG laser spliting posterior capsular in the treatment of after cataract. METHODS： Forty patients were divided into 2 groups： cross group and racket group. The visual acuity, laser power, corneal endothelium count, and artificial lens were compared. RESULTS： The visual acuity of racket group was better than that of cross group, the power of racket group was lower than that of cross group, and the injury of corneal endothelium of racket group was lower than that of cross group. The injury rate of cross and racket group was 7/16 and 4/24, respectively. CONCLUSION： The method of racket spliting posterior capsular with ND： YAG laser to treat after cataract is obvious better than cross method.
