摘　　要：目的:探讨眶壁爆裂性骨折晚期合并外伤性泪囊炎和眼球内陷的发生、手术治疗的方法及技巧。方法:对15例患者同期行人工骨植入和鼻腔泪囊吻合术,观察疗效。结果:术后眼球内陷全部矫正,冲洗泪道通畅。结论:该术式既重建了眶壁,矫正了眼球内陷,又治疗了泪囊炎,避免了多次手术,疗效好。AIM： To evaluate the development, surgery method and technique of orbital wall blow-out fracture combined with traumatic dacryocystitis and enophthalmos. METHODS： Fifteen patients were implanted man-made bone and were treated by nasal cavity and lacrimal sac anastomoses. The curative effect was observed. RESULTS： After surgery, enophthalmos was rectified and lacrimal passages were easy and smooth to be douched. CONCLUSION ： rebuild orbital wal treat dacrocystitis. can avoid repeated This surgery method can not only and rectify enophthalmos, but also With higher curative effect, patients operation.
