摘 要:研究了由AUC制得的高活性U_3O_8的氢还原动力学.结果表明,反应速度与粒度无关,且转化率与时间呈线性关系.提示了颗粒具有高度多孔性及颗粒内部含有片状“微粒”.用扫描电镜观察颗粒表面及其断面,直观地证明了上述分析,为建立高活性粉体的反应模型提供了物理基础.提出了颗粒-微粒和块体-颗粒-微粒模型.用独立测定的模型参数计算而得的动力学曲线与实验结果相符.The reduction kinetics of the U3O8 via AUC( Ammonium Uranyl Carbonate) has been investigated. The results showed that the reaction rate was independent of particle size and the conversion had a linear relationship with time. It suggested chat the particle was highly porous and was composed of plate-like 'grains'. This analysis was confirmed by observing the surface and cross section of the particles with SEM. It provides the physical basis for establishing the reaction models of highly reactive powders and their pellets. The calculated curves from the models by using parameters determined independently were in good agreement with the experimental results.
