摘 要:为研究久效磷农药对转氨酶活性的影响,分别用0.01 mg/L、0.10 mg/L和1.00 mg/L久效磷暴露金鱼21 d,测定金鱼肝脏指数(HIS)及肝脏和血浆中谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)的活性。结果表明:1.00 mg/L久效磷造成金鱼肝脏指数显著升高;随着久效磷暴露质量浓度的升高,金鱼肝脏中GPT和GOT活性逐渐降低,0.01mg/L久效磷暴露条件下GPT活性下降显著,但GOT活性下降并不明显,可见金鱼肝脏中GPT比GOT对久效磷毒性作用的响应更敏感;而各暴露组血浆中GPT和GOT的活性均显著升高,且2种酶活性升高与久效磷暴露质量浓度之间具有剂量-效应关系。血浆中GPT和GOT活性变化可以作为检测水体中久效磷农药污染的敏感指标。The present paper is inclined to report our experimental research over the effect of monocrotophos (MCP), commonly known as azodrin, on the GPT and GOT activities of the goldfish ( Carassius auratus) livers. Since serum is one of the organophosphate (OP) pesticides widely adopted in fanning practice all over the world, exposure to which may lead to a variety of biochemical diseases in mammals as well as other similar experimental animal creatures. It may also cause significant impairments in physiological and biochemical processes of the fish. However, in the natural environment, the activities of glutamate-pyruvate transaminase (GPT) and glutamate-oxalacetate transaminase (GOT) in the serum prove to be very low. Moreover, since liver is responsible for the metabolic waste excretion and pesticide elimination in the fish, it is also the main target organ for pesticides to attack. When the transaminase GPT and GOT enter the blood after the tissue of the liver is damaged because of disease and other factors, the aetivities of GPT and GOT in sennn would he indueed to make increase. Therefore, it is necessary to use the activity of the transaminase GPT and GOT in the serum to measure the situation of the liver' s damaged tissue. In doing so, first of all, let monocrotophos (0.01 mg/L, 0. 10 mg/L, 1.00 mg/L) be exposed to pesticides ior 21 days, then, check and measure the hepatosmnatic index (HSI), the activities of glutamate-pyruvate transaminasc (GPT) and the glutamate-oxalacetate transaminase (GOT) in the livers and serum of adult goldfish ( Carassius aurutus ). The results of our experiments show that the hepatosnmatic index (HSI) was ibund increased significantly under the exposure to 1.00 mg/L monocrotophos, whereas the activities of GPT and GOT in the livers was found decreased gradually with the increase of monoerotophos concentration.
