摘 要:在基础饲料(对照组)中分别添加1 500 mg/kg 3种复方中草药,记为福乐兴Ⅰ、福乐兴Ⅱ、福乐兴Ⅲ,共4个处理组,饲喂平均体重(134.3±12.1)g的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella),以增重率,饲料系数(FCR),肌肉基本成分,血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、溶菌酶(LSZ)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和丁酰胆碱酯酶(BCHE)等指标为判据,考察复方中草药制剂对草鱼生长性能、肌肉成分和血清非特异性免疫的影响。结果表明:养殖8周后,各组草鱼增重率分别为156.29%、164.32%、161.28%和146.72%,与对照组相比,添加福乐兴Ⅰ组草鱼增重率提高5.14%(P<0.05),添加福乐兴Ⅲ组增重率降低6.87%(P<0.05),FCR升高6.58%(P<0.05),添加福乐兴Ⅱ对增重率无显著影响(P>0.05)。各处理组对草鱼肌肉基本成分的影响无显著差异(P>0.05)。在非特异性免疫指标方面,福乐兴Ⅰ对SODL、SZ、AKP和BCHE无显著影响(P>0.05),添加福乐兴Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清SOD、LSZ和BCHE活性不同程度升高(P<0.05),AKP活性显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,福乐兴Ⅰ对草鱼生长具有良好的促进作用,对草鱼血清非特异性免疫指标无影响;福乐兴Ⅱ、Ⅲ可显著改善草鱼的非特异性免疫,但福乐兴Ⅲ也降低了草鱼的生长性能。Three kinds of Chinese herbal formula (Fulexing Ⅰ, Fulexing Ⅱ and Fulexing Ⅲ) at 1 500 mg/kg were added to the basic diet (control group). Four treatment groups were set up to feed Ctenopharyngodon idellus with the average weight of (134.3±12.1) g. With the indices of weight gain rate, feed conversion rate(FCR), basic muscle composition, blood superoxide dismutase (SOD), lysozyme (LSZ), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and butyrecholinesterase (BCHE) as the judging criterion, the effects of Chinese herbal formula on the growth performance, muscle composition and serum nonspecific immunity of C. idellus were investigated. The results showed that the weight gain rate in each group were 156.29%,164.32%,161.28% and 146.72% respectively after feeding 8 weeks. Compared with control group, the weight gain rate in the group of adding Fulexing Ⅰ increased by 5.14% ( P 〈 0.05). In the group of adding Fulexing Ⅲ, the weight gain rate decreased by 6.87 % ( P 〈 0.05 ) and FCR increased by 6.58 % ( P 〈 0.05 ). Adding Fulexing Ⅱ had no significant egffect on the weight gain rate ( P 〉 0.05). Different treatments had no significant effect on the basic muscle composition of C. idellus ( P 〉 0.05). From the aspect of serum non-specific immune indices, Fulexing Ⅰ had no significant effect on SOD, LSZ and BCHE( P 〉 0.05). While the activities of serum SOD, LSZ and BCHE in the groups of adding Fulexing Ⅱ and Fulexing Ⅲ increased at different degree and AKP activity significantly decreased( P 〈0.05). The research indicated that Fulexing Ⅰ had a good promotion effect on the growth of C. idellus and had no effect on the serum non-specific immune indices of C. idellus. Fulexing Ⅱ and Fulexing Ⅲ could improve the non-specific immunity of C. idellus, but Fulexing Ⅲ also decreased the growth performance of C. idellus.
