摘　　要：Based on the analysis of a virtual enterprise and the development of supply chain management, their integration is proposed. Then, the difference between multi-agent system modeling method and the traditional modeling method is analyzed, and a method based on Java agent framework for multi-agent systems（ JAFMAS） is proposed. By using this method the virtual enterprise＇ s supply chain management system model is established.Based on the analysis of a virtual enterprise and the development of supply chain management, their integration is proposed.
