成人高等教育新生报到率偏低的因素分析及应对措施

摘　　要：成人高等教育新生报到率目前正趋逐年下降的趋势,应引起相关部门的高度重视。由于成考录取门槛太低,社会上对成人教育存在一定偏见,学生报考存在盲目性以及家庭经济困难和工作调动等原因,造成考生不珍惜学习机会,从而影响新生报到率。因此,必须加强成人高等教育作用、地位的认识,提高社会认可度、做好招生服务工作、实行弹性学习以及加强成教学生自信心的培养等应对措施。The adult new students＇ registration rate tends to decline year by year at present, which should arouse the relevant departments＇ great attention. As the threshold of the adult education entrance exam is too low, therefore, the society has certain bias on it. The blindness of students＇ choice of the major, the family＇s financial difficuhy, the transferring of works and other reasons result that the students don＇t cherish the opportunity to learn, thus, affecting the new registration rate. Therefore, we must strengthen the importance of the adult higher education, improve its＇ social recognition, make the better service of attracting the new students, implement the flexible learning mechanism, intensify students＇ self-confidence, and so on.
