摘　　要：灵感是一种有规律的思维活动,在人类的创造性活动中至关重要。翻译过程中的灵感闪现既可以帮助译者突破翻译"瓶颈",又可以提升译文质量。翻译灵感的产生遵循一定的过程和规律,是译者主观努力和一定客观条件相结合的产物。因此,译者应该积极主动、有意识地创造并完善灵感激发的条件,为翻译中灵感的爆发作好准备,以便达到提升译文质量的最终目的。Inspiration thinking,＇ a thinking activity with certain law, is of specific significance in human creative activities. In the process of translation, sparkle of inspiration can help the translator to break through the translation ＂bottleneck＂ and enhance the translation quality. Inspiration in translation follows certain stages and law. It is the result of combination of the translator＇s subjective efforts and certain objective conditions. Therefore, the translator should make efforts to create and improve the inspiration - stimulating condition, which can make a preparation for the burst of inspiration in translation to achieve better version.
