摘 要:目的建立基于中国可视化人(Chinese visible Human,CVH)的三维虚拟肝脏系统。方法选取CVH的腹部断层图像数据,利用三维可视化技术,联合运用表面重建与体积重建的方法,建立数字虚拟肝脏系统,并赋予该系统多种交互功能,利用该系统对肝脏解剖进行研究。结果成功建立数字虚拟肝脏系统。该系统具有任意移动、旋转、缩放、切割和多种多重显示等功能;具备多种测量功能和一定的虚拟手术功能,可准确揭示尾叶及肝外门、腔静脉间隙的解剖情况。结论数字虚拟肝脏系统能真实展示肝内外重要结构的解剖特征,为肝外科虚拟手术的发展提供可视化平台。Objective To build a 3D digitized visible model of liver to provide anatomical structure for surgical plans of hepatic operation. Methods Transverse sections of abdomen were chosen from the Chinese Visible Human dataset. The liver was reconstructed at 3D level with surface rendering combined volume rendering reconstruction. Many interactive functions were added. The established system was used to carry out a virtual anatomy for liver structure. Results Accurately segmented images of the main structures of liver were completed. The reconstructed structures can be displayed singly, in small groups or as a whole and could be continuously rotated in 3 D space at different velocities. The profound areas, such as caudate lobe and extrahepatic portacaval space, could be shown clearly. Conclusion The reconstructed liver is realistic, which demonstrates the natural shape and exact position of the structures. It provides an accurate model for the training of the hepatic operation.
