摘　　要：利用Biolog微生物自动分析系统,对3种乳杆菌进行鉴定分析。结果表明:Biolog微生物自动分析系统可快速测定出供试乳杆菌菌株的特性参数(PROB、SIM、DIST)和供试乳杆菌菌株对95种碳源的利用情况,并可直接根据供试乳杆菌菌株的特性参数将供试乳杆菌菌株准确鉴定到乳杆菌属水平、部分供试乳杆菌菌株准确鉴定到种水平。根据供试乳杆菌菌株的特性参数,结合供试乳杆菌菌株对95种碳源的利用情况,可将所有供试乳杆菌菌株准确鉴定到种水平。可作为乳杆菌制品质量控制及快速鉴定的有效手段。This study aims to explore the utilization of Biolog to identify three species. The result indicates that Biolog Automated Microbes Identification System can quickly determine the characteristic parameter （PROB, SIM, DIST） and utilization of 95 kind of carbon source. According to the characteristic parameter and utilization of 95 kind of carbon source, all the tested strains to species level can be identified. Biolog Automated Microbes Identification System is a effective measure for the lactobacillus product quality control and fast identification.
