摘 要:提出一种新结构切向磁钢混合励磁同步电机,分析其结构特点和运行原理。结合该新型电机径/轴向磁路特点,建立了空载等效磁路模型。通过求解非线性磁路方程,计算得到不同励磁磁势下径向与轴向磁路的磁通分布、主气隙磁密、空载感应电势。利用三维有限元法,研究了轴向磁路对径向磁路的影响,从而明晰主气隙磁场随励磁磁势的变化关系,与磁路法计算结果和理论分析是一致的,表明电机气隙磁密高、气隙磁场可调。所建立空载磁路模型及三维有限元分析方法为该新型电机的优化设计、性能分析以及负载特性进一步研究奠定了基础。A novel interior permanent magnet hybrid excitation synchronous machine (IPM-HESM) is proposed, its configuration characteristic and operation principle are discussed, According to the radial/axial distribution of magnetic field, equivalent magnetic circuit model is developed. Magnetic flux, flux density and induced voltage under different electrical excitation are obtained by calculating the nonlinear magnetic circuit equation. Influence of axial magnetic field on radial magnetic field is studied by 3D finite element method, and the analysis results of 3D-FEM are well-agreed with calculation of magnetic circuit model. The results indicate that flux density in air gap of 1PM-HESM is famously high and magnetic field in air gap can be successfully adjusted. Equivalent magnetic circuit model and 3D finite element method developed in this paper are helpful to the more study on optimizing design and full-load characteristic of IPM-HESM.
