摘　　要：以广东技术师范学院图书馆建设的研究生教育文献信息保障系统为例,分析了高校图书馆特色资源数据库建设的必要性、重要意义及作用,并重点介绍了该系统的构建方法、实现步骤等。Taking the construction and management of academic library ＆ information system for postgraduate education of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University as an example, this paper analyzes the necessity, important significance and functions of the construction of university library＇s characteristic resource database, and emphatically introduces the buiding methods and implementing procedures of this system.
