摘　　要：针对目前新农村建设中出现的问题,提出具体的解决措施和建议,指出要把法制建设作为当前新农村建设的一项重要工作来抓。In the light of the problems appearing in current construction of new countryside, this paper advances some concrete solving measures and suggestions, and points out that the legal system construction should be grasped as an important work in current construction of new countryside.
