摘  要:以溶藻弧菌外膜蛋白为模式抗原,制备其ISCOMs,免疫大黄鱼,进行安全和免疫力试验测定,结果显示溶藻弧菌外膜蛋白ISCOMs安全、纯净;免疫组菌体凝集效价比对照组高,但免疫组个体间有差异,而免疫组的血清ELISA抗体水平明显高于对照组;攻毒试验组(0.3×107个.尾-1)存活率可达100%,对照组(0.3×108个.尾-1)存活率为20%;试验表明溶藻弧菌外膜蛋白ISCOMs安全,免疫大黄鱼后可产生免疫保护力。The OMP-ISCOMs were prepared to study its effect against Vibrio alginolyticus. They were found in safety tests by injection to be safe without any toxic effect. Pseudosciaena crocea weighing approximately 175g each were immunized with the OMP-ISCOMs by intra-peritoneal injection. The serum antibody level was determined by using ELISA and agglutination test. It was found that the serum antibody level in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control. However, there were differences among individuals in the experimental group by agglutination. In a challenge test (0.3 × 10^7 cfu/175g), the relative percentage of survival (RPS) of the immunized group was up to 100 %, while the RPS of the control group (0.3 × 10^8 cfu/175g) was 20 %. It appeared that immunization of P. crocea with OMP-ISCOMs could provide a safe and significantly protective effect against V. alginolyticus.
