摘  要:以CaCl2作为钙源,进行枇杷小苗钙营养液沙培试验,结果表明:0.4 mmol.L-1钙处理的枇杷小苗叶片细胞结构保持完好,细胞器形态比较清晰,0.01 mmol.L-1和3.2 mmol.L-1钙处理的枇杷小苗叶片线粒体、叶绿体等细胞器及细胞壁都受到不同程度的破坏,被膜不清晰;与0.4 mmol.L-1钙处理相比,0.01 mmol.L-1和3.2 mmol.L-钙处理的叶绿素含量较小,叶绿素a/b值较大,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量与0.4 mmol.L-1钙处理间差异都达到显著水平,但0.01 mmol.L-1和3.2 mmol.L-钙处理间的差异不显著。A loquat seedling nutrient study was conducted on sand test with calcium chloride treatment. The result showed that the cell structure of loquat seedling leaves was kept well when the calcium concentration was 0.4 mmol · L^-1. The chloroplast, cytoderm, mitochondrion and other cellular organs encountered different degrees of damage at 0.01 or 3.2 mmol · L^-1 calcium chloride level, and the membrane could not be seen clearly. At the same time, the chlorophyll content in the leaves of treatment with 0.01 mmol · L^-1 or 3.2 mmol · L^-1 calcium chloride level was lower than 0.4 mmol · L^-1, but greater in chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b ratio. The contents of chlorophy and carotinoid showed significant differences between the 0.4 mmol · L^-1 treatment and the treatments at 0.01 mmol · L^-1 or 3.2 mmol · L^-1 level. However, no significant difference was found between the treatments at 0.01 mmol · L^-1 and 3.2 mmol· L^-1 level.
